Britney Spears and Jason Trawick celebrate engagement in Sin City

Britney Spears and Jason Trawick are holding a private gathering in Las Vegas with friends and family at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas tonight to celebrate their engagement. 

They are then expected to enjoy a big celebratory dinner at the Chocolate Lounge at the Sugar Factory in the Paris Hotel before carrying on the festivities at a dance party at the Chateau nightclub.

Of course, Vegas is familiar territory for the singer - it is where her 55 hour marriage to first husband Jason Alexander began and ended.

Ahead of her early 30th birthday this week, Britney Spears has recently dethroned Google CEO Larry Page as Google+’s most-followed person, reports Mashable.

Roughly 775,000 people follow the pop star’s Google+ account. In comparison, 15.4 million fans “Like” her Facebook page and 11.4 million followers monitor her Twitter activity.
