WWE fires Hulk Hogan for racist comments

Once celebrated and star of many Terry Bollea – better known as Hulk Hogan has been fired by the WWE and its Hall of Fame for his racist comments.

These comments have been recorded in a number of video recordings in which HH reportedly made racist comments.

A story shared by the National Enquirer and Radar Online on Friday claimed to have “five independent sources” share details about the contents of a sex tape of the wrestler and reality TV star.

However, in the meantime, Hogan, in a statement to People magazine on Friday, apologised for his comments. “Eight years ago I used offensive language during a conversation. It was unacceptable for me to have used that offensive language; there is no excuse for it; and I apologize for having done it,” he said.

Denis Lebedev, center left, and James “Lights Out” Toney, center right, facing off ahead of Friday’s match
The newspaper reports that the plot for Friday’s headlining fight at MegaSport Sports Palace could be straight out of “Rocky IV”: An aging American champion comes to Moscow to face a younger Russian fighter who has just brutally defeated another American great.

On Friday 43-year-old James “Lights Out” Toney takes the part of Rocky, 32-year-old Denis Lebedev plays his opponent Ivan Drago, and 42-year-old Roy Jones, Jr., whom Lebedev knocked unconscious in the final seconds of their bout in May, stands in for Apollo Creed.

But since this isn’t the movies, there’s no guarantee Rocky will win. Also, this Rocky isn’t uttering doofy Stallone lines, but rather is spouting more PG-13 fare.
