Total solar eclipse may attract massive crowds in USA

The officials in USA are worried about massive eclipse watching crowds across the US coasts which happens on 21 August later this month.

This is the first coast to coast solar eclipse in USA in 99 years and an estimated 74 millions people and tourists are expected to crowd the USA coasts - and this massive crowd worries USA officials.

People are being advised to pile up their groceries and fill their cars with gasoline for they my find shortage of the same once the eclipse watchers come to their areas.

It is expected that the 70-mile-wide strip that will fall across towns and cities in 12 states from Oregon to South Carolina - a strip that will plunge into darkness when the total solar eclipse takes place.

Russian PM Putin had a bad day and taste when he went o witness a martial event between Russian champion Fedor Emelianenko and American opponent Jeff Monson at the  Olimpiisky stadium in Moscow Sunday. Although the Russian defeated the American in a three-round fight, it was Putin's turn to get defeated at the hands of the crowd.

What many call as Putin's worst public rebuke when mike was handed over to him to say a few words after the fight. But when he tried to speak, his words were drowned out by a flurry of whistles and boos, captured on a video of the event that garnered 680,000 views on YouTube by late Monday.
