A footage obtained from the CCTV security cameras show a man in black outfit 'running' away from the scene of the blast while everyone else seems to be ducking down or taking cover.

The unidentified man is also captured using his phone at the moment the first explosion detonated 100 yards away on Boylston Street on Monday and 12 seconds before the second blast close to where he is standing.

According to a reporter who has viewed the images, one of the men is wearing a backpack that matches one of the recovered bags believed to be have been used in the terror attack - while the other individual also is seen to have a bag.

The FBI and investigators are finding more on the man and a bag placed left of a letter box.

Delhi rape accused found dead in prison

Ram Singh, 33, was one of five men being held in the notorious Dehli rape and murder case was found hanged and dead in his prison cell.

Ram Singh was one of the suspects in the the notorious rape and murder of a female student in India's capital, Delhi. 

The 23-year-old rape victim, who was not named for legal reasons, was with a male friend when she was attacked on a bus and thrown from the vehicle.

She died in a Singapore hospital on 29 December from massive internal injuries.

Tihar jail spokesman Sunil Gupta told the BBC that Ram Singh appeared to have hanged himself with an improvised rope made from a blanket at about 05:00 local time on Monday (23:30 GMT Sunday).

The spokesman denied Indian media reports that Ram Singh had been on suicide watch, and said three people were sharing his prison cell.

US Wikileaks suspect lawyer claims bias

A military officer overseeing the hearing of the US Army analyst accused of leaking government secrets has rejected a request to recuse himself.

The request was made by a defence lawyer for Private Bradley Manning, 23, as he appeared at a military court.

He faces 22 charges of obtaining and distributing government secrets - which he allegedly leaked to anti-secrecy site Wikileaks.

The Article 32 hearing will determine whether Pte Manning is to stand trial.
