Rumors: Is Apple Hiring Microsoft's Data Center Chief?

A Business Insider reports says that Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer had threatened Apple of legal action if it tried to hire Microsoft's date centre chief Kevin Timmons.The report also adds that Timmons had offered Apple a plan to lower operating costs of Apple's data centres, if given a job.

Although Apple had agreed to hire Timmons, the threat of legal action has dumped the deal for a while. There are also several rumors that Timmons had been hired by Apple in April and was was monitoring  Apple’s icloud at the company’s North Carolina data center, though not proved false later.
