The bound and gagged bodies of 23 men were found before dawn Thursday in the heart of Guadalajara, Mexico as a result of war between drug cartels. Local media reported the bodies were discovered in Mexico's second city alongside a message from drug cartels.
The bodies were discovered just 500 meters from the auditorium where the Guadalajara International Book Fair is to be held from Saturday.
