VMWare to fix Leopard and Snow Leopard Accidental Virtualization Bug

It was previously reported that VMWare’s new version of Fusion (4.1)  release came up with the ability to virtualize non-server version of Leopard and Snow Leopard by the users which was a violation of Apple’s OS X licensing terms.

But whenever a Fusion user tried to virtualize the above mentioned OS, a dialog would appear which left the legality decisions to be made by the users which appeared to be an intentional decision by VMware. But  that was apparently a bug that VMWare is probably going to fix.
