HTC loses lawsuit to block US imports of iPs

The HTC war with Apple has taken HTC nowhere. The US court ruling on US imports of Apple iPhones, iPods and iPads has been in Apple's favour as the court did not find any evidence of Apple violating HTC patents. This leaves yet another mobile phone company after Samsung to have lost to Apple. However HTC is not crying over their broken heart, as their General Counsel Grace Lei vows that this is only one step of many in these legal proceedings. "We are confident we have a strong case for the ITC appeals process and are fully prepared to protect our intellectual property," said Lei.
