SKYFALL has become the latest victim of eagle-eyed film fans, who have spotted 24 bloopers in the new Bond blockbuster. The continuity mistakes range from 007 star Daniel Craig’s lace-up shoes changing to slip-ons during a train fight scene to a missing train stop during a journey on the London Underground.
Other grave errors, reported to website MovieMistakes.com, include a handbag disappearing after it is placed on the floor by Dame Judi Dench, and fluctuating levels of whiskey in a glass poured by Javier Bardem’s villain Silva. One picky contributor noted, “There are mistakes in every film but some good ones in Skyfall.”
The blunders haven’t hindered the film’s success - Skyfall is the most lucrative installment in the superspy franchise’s history. –WO
