Djokovic beats Federer to win ATP World Tour title

Novak Djokovic has proved to be one of the greatest tennis players as he remains on top of the world despite many threats to his position. The year ends with Djokovic still standing tall as he wins the ATP World Tour title beating Roger Federer.

The world number one broke serve three times to win 6-3 6-4 at London's O2 Arena against Federer in just 80 minutes - just like around the world in 80 days!!

28-year-old Serbian has now won the season finale five times and surpasses Ivan Lendl's 1987 achievement, when he won his third straight Tour Finals title in New York.

With 16,585 points, Djokovic has almost twice the numerical lead over Andy Murray, second on the ranking table with 8,670 points, followed by Federer with 8,265 points.

If you are a tennis lover, witness the tennis champions from around the world at the ATP World Tour Finals. For winter and Christmas lovers, Hyde Park is being transformed into Winter Wonderland. But if you harbour any anti-Christmas sentiment then steer clear of Hyde Park from November 18 till 3 January 2012. Instead if you are a historian or literature lover, be it known that London History Festival is investigating warfare and Dickens.

And if you happen to be a music and dance lover, what a delight awaits London International Tango Festival.
