The Chairman of Microsoft and philanthropist Bill Gates expressed his concern Monday that the big donor countries may be turning their backs on the poor by making an excuse of  budget cuts and not funding health and agriculture projects in poor and under developed countries.He said that he would urge the leaders of the G20 when they meet in France next month not to abandon the poor despite tough times at home.
