After Wall Street like protests going global and Japan being the latest entry into the club of 99%, now it is the Canadian 99% who have also joined in the protests blowing bubbles, strumming guitars and chanting anti-corporate slogans at protests across the country Saturday, as part of global demonstrations against corporate greed. While in Toronto people have pitched tents near city's financial district, thousands joined hands in Halifax, Montreal, Quebec City, the capital Ottawa, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver crying for jobs, fairer distribution of wealth and greater corporate accountability. Some also raised voice to know the the truth behind "9/11," and need for a Palestinian state.
