China warns India over oil exploration in South China Sea

China has warned India on its agreement with Vietnam to explore oil in the South China Sea and has termed  it as a 'reckless attempt to confront China." A state run Chinese daily has published a 'warning" from Beijing which may be forced to take actions to show its stance. It noted that India is willing to fish in the troubled waters of the South China Sea so as to "accumulate bargaining chips on other issues with China," the Times of India says.
