Thai capital still holding on the flood to enter its streets

People and government agencies in Bangkok are holding on to their defensive barriers to stop the high waters sweeping down from the north into its streets. The recent floods are labeled as the worst floods to have hit Thailand in decades. As per an estimate, more than 200 major highways and roads have been rendered impassable, and the main rail lines to the north have been shut down. Authorities says property damage and losses could reach $3 billion.
