Scientist have always been trying to come up with new ideas, expeditions and projects, which meet varying degrees of success and failure. But there are some expeditions or projects that some felt uneasy about and thought those to have a bad start or a bad end. A glaring example is the unfortunate Challenger in which case the warnings from NASA engineers were ignored about poor weather.
