US Army Staff Sergeant Calvin Gibbs goes on to trial in a military court in USA Friday, accused of masterminding killing of Afghan civilians last year. Calvin has refused to cooperate with the investigators, though.
The accusations against him have been based on witness accounts that have included grisly details of random killings, and body parts put into plastic bags as trophies. He is accused of three counts of murder. Calvin may be awarded a life sentence for his gory actions.
