Spain donates to UNICEF Flood Relief Operation in Pakistan

Spain has donated $0.68 million to the United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef) for its water, sanitation and hygiene emergency response to the 2011 floods.

UNICEF Pakistan Representative Dan Rohrmann said:

“This support comes at a very important juncture when funding for the floods response is limited for flood victims who are in temporary shelters."
