When the Blackberry users reported the disruption of services three days ago, RIM just shrugged off the complaints as mere experiencing issues. But even as of today, three days after the drama began, users across Europe, Africa, ME and even India are experiencing e-mail outages and lack of access to browsing.
The set back puts Research in Motion in an awkward situation as it has started to lose market shares to Apple and Samsung. It may be added that after initial reaction iPhone 4S is getting popular response and eyes are all set for Samsung's new release.
