The Baluchistan province of Pakistan is a water starved land, due to scanty rains and very few water reservoirs. In order to create awareness among people to conserve water, a cycle rally titled “Water for Life” was organised today by Taraqqi Foundation, a NGO, to create awareness for optimal use of water. About 120 cyclists from different parts of the province took part in the rally from Ziarat to Quetta.
