If in Seattle hold your umbrella lest it is confiscated

Well this is the funniest news I have ever read or an awesome directive from the city mayor to its people.  The police in Seattle has recently notified that if they were not actually holding their umbrellas, they could not lay or sit underneath them. Weird, isn't it? But the logic given by city authorities is that umbrellas are considered as Structure. And structure like tents are not allowed in city park. So from now on be very sure you hold to your umbrella real tight, lest it is confiscated.
