Eight killed at Seal Beach Salon, California

Scott Evans Dekraai, an ex-husband of one of the stylists at the Meritage Salon on Seal Beach, opened fire and killed eight people. Scott was later apprehended half a mile from the scene of crime. The police said Scott had a number of weapons on him, but he surrendered without any commotion. It is reported that Seal Beach is an otherwise calm and peaceful city and such incidents have never occurred in the area.
