Indonesian modern master Hendra Gunawan’s “Sweet Wine” (1979)

The famous Sotheby's fall season in Hong Kong earned  HK$3.2 billion ($411 million) over six days by selling from Ming vases to a dead diva's jewelery. The high fetched earning is being dubbed as the second-best season ever for the Sptheby in Hong Kong. The hefty purchases were made despite down-trend syndrome prevailing in the global market and credit crunch in China. Red full story for more details.
