These days we are witnessing interesting allegations / counter allegations and lawsuits by mobile phone companies. As if the war between Apple and Samsung over Samsung's Galaxy Tab was not enough, that the name of HTC has also started to be echoing in legal battles. Like Samsung, HTC too has been overshadowed by Apple on the patent infringement claims.
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has ruled that Apple did not violate patents as claimed by HTC in a complaint lodged last year. HTC had asked the court to ban imports of several Apple products in to the US citing patent infringements.
