Older woman taking vitamin at higher death risk

There has been much ado about vitamin pills for boosting waning energies and vitamin deficiency in older people.  The vitamin pills are specially recommended for woman with menopause to withstand its sever after effects. But beware of such vitamins, cautions a recent research. These vitamins are only good for older people, specially women who are under nourished. Those who are well nourished and still opt for these vitamin pills / supplement are in fact over-dosing them with additional vitamin not needed by their bodies. 

The study concludes that multivitamins, folic acid, vitamin B6, magnesium, zinc, copper and iron in particular may increase mortality risk. Read more about it ....
