After recovering from a ban on its Galaxy sales tab purported by Apple, Samsung has retaliated by seeking a ban on iPhone 4S in Japan and Australia in a seemingly tit for tat move. The Samsung claims that Apple continues to violate their patent rights and free-ride on their technology. "We will no longer stand idly by and will steadfastly protect our intellectual property," said a Samsung spokesman.
