21 years is too young to receive such a high acclaim in one's career. But Taylor Swift, the country singer and song writer has been honoured to receive the title of the Billboard's Woman of the Year - this makes her the youngest ever to receive this acclaim. She will be honored at the 2011 Billboard Women in Music event in New York on December the 2nd later this year. She is also youngest person to win the Grammy for best album for "Fearless" in 2010.
