Tuberculosis severity declining

Good news about the spread of the deadly disease Tuberculosis is that it is on the decline, the World Health Organization said Tuesday. There have been good reports from Brazil nd China, but lot needs to be done to fully eradicate the disease from the world. The WHO's 2011 report puts a total of 8.8 million who got infected with the disease during 2010 - a down trend from 9.4 million people in its review of the ancient disease in 2009. Likewise there is a decrease in deaths attributed to TB from 1.8 in 2003 to 1.4 million in 2010.
