The firing of the Wales captain during the World Cup semi final was a a big blow for the Wales as it devastated them later when they were beaten and ousted from the tournament by the French. In those troubled times, the news is that the Wales coach Warren Gatland had considered asking the front-row forward to fake an injury - something that could force uncontested scrums. Few wonder at he wisdom of even thinking of such foolish course of action.
