Well the answer in many cases will be a flat no - as who would want to get into the hassle of hiring a lawyer, paying him much more than two cents to win or lose the case. But for Mary Bach it was not matter of two cents - it was matter of principle. If a tag mentions a price, it should be exactly charged and not that a few cents be kept by the cashier for want of change.
