War of the words between Samsung and Apple intensifies

While Apple has been successful in getting Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 banned in many countries for it resembles iPhone 4, Samsung has now hit back and has asked for ban on latest Apple 4S in France and Italy, as Samsung claims that Apple “stole” one of their inventions being the Wideband Code Division MultipleAccess (WCDMA) standards for 3G mobile handsets. Although Apple's iPhone 4S has hit controversies among Apple users, the death of Steve Jobs may earn sympathies of concerned people and Samsung may not achieve realization of the desired ban.
