The newly constructed court room at an exorbitant £300 million of tax payers money in England is so badly designed that the Justice cannot see the witnesses in the witness stand.
The problem surfaced in the Rolls Building when Mrs Justice Gloster could view only the top of the head of Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky, when he took the stand in his ongoing £3 billion showdown with Roman Abramovich.
