In the ensuing Apple vs Samsung battle, Samsung seems to have gained an upper edge over Apple in Australia as an Australian federal court has ordered Apple to provide the terms of its deals with Optus, Telstra, and Vodafone to Samsung.
Samsung is of the point of view that it needs to know how much subsidy Apple was getting for iPhones so that it could determine what financial resources were supposedly being taken away from Samsung models.
