Google to support Android Vendors suffering from lawsuits

The Apple vs Android war of words and lawsuits has left many android vendors suffering. In this "warfare", Google has decided to jump in and support the Android victims. Eric Schmidt, Chairman of Google, assured them that the company will keep supporting them in difficult times, reports Chip Hazard.

Talking to Reuters, Schmidt said:

We tell our partners, including the ones here in Taiwan, we will support them. For example we have been supporting HTC in its dispute with Apple because we think that the Apple thing is not correct. The support takes the form of information sharing, industry expertise and access to Google’s patents for licensing and legal purposes.
