The $250,000 1991 black Ferrari, which was seized by the Colombian police has failed to attract a buyer so far. The 300-horsepower Ferrari belongs to Hernando Gomez Bustamante, alias "Rasguno," or "Scratchy, the drug baron who is now imprisoned in the United States after pleading guilty to drug trafficking and other crimes committed as a top member of the Norte del Valle cartel.

The Colombian police has now painted the car green-and-white, the colours of Columbia's national police, and intends touring the car all over Columbia, before parking it in the police museum.
