Pakistan amazes West Indies by losing by 150 runs

Jason Holder celebrates his wicket

What a day it was today when Pakistan and West Indies met at Hagley Oval, Christchurch. West indies playing first gave a heft target of 310-6 to Pakistan to chase. This target besides superb batting of the West Indies, also included a 'superb' effort by Pakistan by dropping six catches.

And when it came to Pakistan, it was chaos right from the outset. Jerome Taylor dismissed three batsmen for ducks and captain Jason Holder also struck in Pakistan's first 19 balls

In fact, it was the worst start to an innings in World Cup history and Pakistan were all out for 160 in 39 overs in Christchurch, with Taylor taking 3-15.
