It may come as a surprise but the pressures on life both from home and workplace in the USA forces 1 in 10 Americans to use anti-depressants in pursuit of happiness and comfortable living. A survey by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has carried out the study, which samples out people from age 12 and above. In all 12,000 Americans took part in the survey and it was also found that the use of antidepressants has increased nearly 400% during 2005-2008 as compared to 1988-1994.
