No Appeal: Down Under was not entirely Men at Work's work

The famous song "Down Under" released in 1983 by Australian band Men at Work was not entirely their work and was in fact partly copied from a folk song. Now the court has ruled that the band will not be allowed to make a final appeal against an earlier ruling to this effect. The court observed that a flute line from Kookaburra Sits in the Old Gum Tree was copied.
