While the EU leaders meet and debate to resolve the looming crisis, they fall short of any worthwhile solution to the problem. Although they have agreed to recapitalize some 70 weaker banks and increase the €440 billion so called bail-out fund to €1 trillion, they have left the details of HOW until next month. Their half hearted attempt to solve the crisis at hand leave many dismayed and uncertain of their future.
