US willing to talk to Haqqani Network

Just when the Haqqani network in Afghanistan was worrying the USA and US blaming Pakistan for not "destroying" it, Clinton in her statement on Tuesday showed US' willingness to negotiate with Haqqani network. Haqqani is the same network of Mujaheddin whom the US created during the Russian invasion of Afghanistan. But now earlier friends are considered otherwise.
