Hurricane Rina, packed with winds at 175 kmph is expected to become a Category III storm by mid-week. It is likely to crash into Cancun and Mexico's Caribbean Coast. The United States Tuesday has asked its US citizens touring to consider leaving Mexico as Hurricane Rina bore down on tourist resorts on the Yucatan peninsula like Cancun, Cozumel and Playa del Carmen.
