Made in USA or Made outside USA?

The Made in USA Foundation has filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission regarding appearance of some ads by the major car giants of USA, namely Ford and Chrysler. The Foundation has complained that both car manufacturers have advertised their automobiles as Made in USA, whereas these have been Made Outside USA and actually imported from foreign countries.
