Samsung loses launch of Galaxy in Australia

While every Samsung lover thought a favourable court ruling in Australian in its bid to win launch of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, things turned out again to be bitter as Apple finally won the blocking of Samsung’s new launch in Australia. Obviously Samsung is disappointed and said, "We are disappointed with this ruling and Samsung will be seeking legal advice on its options. We will continue to legally assert our intellectual property rights against those who violate Samsung’s patents and free ride on our technology."
