Full Story: CNN

Monisha Kaltenborn - CEO Sauber F1 Team
The Indian born Austrian lawyer Monisha Kaltenborn is the first female CEO of the Sauber F1 Team - an otherwise male dominated sport. The 40 old F1 enthusiast first ventured into the Motorsport in 1998 when she joined the Fritz Kaiser Group, a shareholder of the Red Bull Sauber F1 Team. And it is from here that she rose higher to be first female CEO of F1 Team. She feels confident to lead the risk and tricky business of fastest motor cars in the world. "From the physical side of it, I don't see why a woman cannot be in Formula 1," says Monisha.
