Obama sends troops to Central Africa

Obama has authorized the sending of US troops to Central Africa to assist the government in beating back the guerrillas. The guerrillas have been accused of horrific atrocities against their countrymen. The 100 men strong contingent will basically "advise" the government troops against these guerrillas. The guerrilla group is known as the  Lord's Resistance Army and is considered to be a band of ruthless mercenaries - sparing no one. Joseph Kony, head of the LRA is suspected of having abducted 20,000 children and recruited them in his notorious army.
