UK Defence Secretary Liam Fox has decided to quit his office after he was charged with a late-night session of drinking with some of his friends in Glasgow, besides many other allegations. Fox' resignations comes as a political blow to the British PM Cameron. Fox is the second member of the Con-Dem coalition to resign.
