The snowstorm Juno continues to play havoc in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine on the second consecutive day. Almost 30,000 people across Massachusetts were without power, driving ban still in place until midnight.
And this is not all as Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker warns of another ten inches could fall throughout the day on his state. It may be added that the worst-hit state was Massachusetts, which endured up to a huge 33.1 inches of snow in the town of Lunenburg, with wind gusts topping 75mph.
Although Winter Storm Juno failed to live up to its hype in New York City, it was a very different story in many parts of New England. Wind-driven seas caused severe flooding along some roadways in coastal Massachusetts including in Scituate.
